The Crisis Center Foundation

In 1997, members of the Charity Challenge Executive Board established The Crisis Center Foundation, a non-profit organization. The Crisis Center Foundation was founded and exists for the purpose of providing permanent and long-term financial support of the Northwest Arkansas Crisis Intervention Center. The Foundation has provided yearly donations from the annual event in the amount of $100,000 a year to the Crisis Center and also contributes and additional $50,000 to $90,000 to the Foundation to be placed in trust, with a goal of raising $1,000,000 for the Crisis Center.

Having worked with the Crisis Center for 10 years, I know firsthand the great service this organization provides for NW Arkansas. In today's pressure-filled world, more than ever we need support groups like the Crisis Center as a 'safety net' for those folks in need.
